Terms and Conditions for FnaticGG OÜ – Furniture and Home Furnishings Repair Services

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for reviewing the work once delivered and ensuring it meets their expectations before finalizing the project.

5.3 Delays Caused by Client

FnaticGG OÜ will not be responsible for any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials, approvals, or feedback on time.


Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Repaired Items

Upon full payment, the client will own the final repaired furniture or furnishings and deliverables produced under the agreed scope of work.

6.2 Portfolio Use

FnaticGG OÜ reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6.3 Third-Party Resources

Any third-party resources (e.g., specialized materials, hardware, or tools) used during the repair will be properly sourced, and the client may need to secure any necessary licenses or approvals.


Revisions and Changes

7.1 Revisions

The client is entitled to a set number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Any additional revisions outside the defined scope may incur extra charges.

7.2 Changes to Scope

Changes requested after the repair scope has been finalized may result in additional costs and delays.


Termination and Cancellation

8.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice in case of a breach of these terms by the other party.

8.2 Client Cancellation

If the client cancels the project after repair work has begun, the client will be billed for the work completed up until the point of cancellation.

8.3 Cancellation by FnaticGG OÜ

FnaticGG OÜ reserves the right to cancel any project without notice if the client fails to meet agreed obligations, including timely payment or provision of required materials.


Liability

9.1 Reasonable Efforts

FnaticGG OÜ will make reasonable efforts to provide services with skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that the repair will meet all client expectations, as some results depend on subjective preferences or the condition of the furniture or furnishings.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

FnaticGG OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or interruptions, arising from the use of our services.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no case shall FnaticGG OÜ’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.


Confidentiality

10.1 Confidential Information

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive data shared during the course of the project.

10.2 Duration of Confidentiality

This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect even after the completion or termination of the project.


Warranty and Support

11.1 Post-Service Warranty

FnaticGG OÜ offers a 14-day post-service warranty period during which we will address any issues directly related to the initial scope of work.

11.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover additional repairs, modifications, or new features beyond the original scope of the service.

11.3 Continued Support

Continued support, maintenance, or updates beyond the warranty period will be provided under a separate agreement.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FnaticGG OÜ operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
