For repairs provided as part of a predefined service package or for non-customized services (e.g., standard repairs, routine maintenance), refunds are only available if the service has not been initiated. Once the service has been rendered, no refund will be provided.

Fees paid for consultations, assessments, or discovery sessions are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
2.2 Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure our repair services. Deposits are non-refundable if the project is canceled after work has started, as they cover the initial time, resources, and preparation allocated to your repair.

Force Majeure
